About FindYouJobs.in
FindYouJobs.in started from a frustration a lot of Indian job seekers will recognize: scrolling through ten different job portals, each cluttered with pop-ups, outdated notifications, and vague “apply now” buttons that lead nowhere useful. We wanted one place where a candidate could actually understand a job notification — not just see that it exists.
We’re based in Hyderabad, Telangana, and we run this site with a simple filter for everything we publish: would this actually help someone decide whether to apply, and if so, how? That filter shapes every article on this site, whether it’s a government recruitment notification or a piece of career advice.
What We Actually Cover
We’ve organized the site around three areas that matter most to Indian job seekers:
- Government Jobs — recruitment notifications from central government departments, state government departments, public sector banks, railways, SSC, and similar organizations. We check eligibility criteria, exam patterns, important dates, and application steps against the official notification before publishing.
- IT Jobs — openings and hiring trends in the private and IT sector relevant to candidates in India, including MNC opportunities.
- Career Guidance — practical, non-generic advice on resumes, interviews, and navigating a job search that doesn’t go the way you expected.
How We Work
We don’t copy-paste official press releases and call it a day. Every notification we publish is rewritten in plain language, with the specific details a real applicant needs: who’s eligible, what the selection process looks like, what documents to keep ready, and where to apply. When a notification changes — a deadline extension, a corrigendum, a cancelled exam — we go back and update the article rather than leaving stale information live, because we know people bookmark these pages and come back to them.
We also don’t inflate word counts with filler just to look comprehensive. If a topic needs 400 words to cover properly, it gets 400 words. If it needs 1,500, it gets 1,500. What it doesn’t get is padding.
What We’re Not
We’re not a government body, a recruitment agency, or a company that can get you a job. We don’t charge for information, and we don’t accept payment in exchange for promising anyone a selection. We’re a small, independent publisher trying to make one part of a stressful process — figuring out what a job notification actually means for you — a little easier.
